1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service from EarthLinkRDP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Delivery
• Instant Setup: Most RDP and VPS orders are processed instantly. However, some custom configurations may take up to 24 hours.
• Accuracy of Information: You must provide a valid email address to receive your login credentials.
3. Prohibited Activities (Acceptable Use Policy)
To maintain the quality of our network, the following activities are strictly prohibited on our servers:
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails.
• Hacking & Attacks: DDoS attacks, port scanning, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other networks.
• Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing child pornography, copyrighted material (without permission), or malware.
• Mining: Crypto mining is generally prohibited unless specified in a dedicated plan, as it degrades hardware life.
• Abuse: Any activity that causes blacklisting of our IP ranges.
Note: Violation of these rules will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.
4. Payment and Refunds
• Payments: We accept Crypto (BTC, USDT, etc.)
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only issued if the service is not delivered or has technical issues that our support team cannot fix within 48 hours.
• Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent termination of all services.
5. Limitation of Liability
EarthLinkRDP is not responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend that customers maintain their own backups of important data. We provide the infrastructure, but the data management is the user's responsibility.
6. Support Policy
We provide 24/7 technical support related to server uptime and network issues. We do not provide support for third-party software or individual coding issues inside the RDP.
