At EarthLinkRDP, we understand that in the world of RDP and VPS services, every second counts. That is why we have optimized our delivery system to be as fast and transparent as possible.
1. Instant Delivery (Automated)
Most of our standard RDP and VPS plans are equipped with Instant Delivery.
• How it works: As soon as your payment is confirmed by the network (e.g., Bitcoin confirmation) , our system automatically generates your login credentials.
• Where to find: The details will be sent to your registered Email Address and will also be available in your Client Area under the "My Services" section.
2. Manual Setup (Custom Orders)
For certain high-spec Dedicated Servers, specific Residential RDP locations, or custom configurations, manual setup may be required.
• Timeframe: These orders are typically processed within 1 to 12 hours.
• Verification: In rare cases, our billing team may require a quick verification to prevent fraudulent activities.
3. Email Delivery Issues
If you have not received your server details within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
• Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes automated emails are filtered by your email provider.
• Check Order Status: Ensure your payment has been fully confirmed on the blockchain or your payment provider's side.
• Contact Support: If the details are still missing, open a Support Ticket or contact us via Telegram/Live Chat with your Order ID.
4. Delivery Format
Your delivery email will include:
• IP Address: The unique address of your server.
• Username: Default is usually "Administrator" or "Admin".
• Password: A secure, randomly generated password.
• Port Number: If a custom RDP port is used.
